Clay Banks East - Real-time landslide monitoring data

Real-time monitoring data from the Clay Banks East landslide monitoring site.  

The data currently recorded on this page includes groundwater levels measured a three points within the river-adjacent terrace: A 'Midslope' location 22m above the mean river elevation and just below the landslide failure surface, a 'Lower' location 6m above the mean river elevation, and a 'Landslide' location ~30m above the mean river elevation within a deep-seated landslide. Rainfall and temperature are also measured at the power station adjacent to the river.
