Progressive is definitely one word for ICE MELT, especially under climate change. They might start slow, but when they get going, everyone notices.

ICE MELT never compromises, whether its shrinking glaciers or raising sea levels. But they can have a hard time keeping it together, like when melting snow and ice destabilizes avalanches; sometimes it all just comes crashing down.

They’ll burn themselves out melting mountain glacier ice too quickly, and then downstream communities and ecosystems won’t have enough water to make it through summer.

Not to mention ICE MELT is always raising the bar, and the oceans, with melting sea ice. It might seem like their polar opposite, but ICE MELT needs to chill.
