Detailed Description
Dr. Cathy Richter of USGS-Columbia Environmental Research Center taking an eDNA sample from Creve Coeur Lake (Saint Louis County, Missouri ) prior to a mass removal of invasive carp. The goal of the study was to assess how eDNA concentrations change prior to and after the mass removal event; and to learn how reflective changes in eDNA concentration are to removal of eDNA source.
