Detailed Description

This gas chromatograph (GC) paired to a flame ionization detector (FID) and a mass selective detector (MSD) at the USGS St. Petersburg Coastal and Marine Science biomarker lab is used to analyze biomarkers such as alkenones in marine sediments from the Gulf of Mexico.
