Harmony Yomai
Detailed Description
Harmony Yomai is from the Federated States of Micronesia. She holds a Ph.D. in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, and is a postdoctoral research associate at the Pacific Islands Climate Adaptation Science Center (PI-CASC) at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. Her background is in evolutionary processes and island ecology\biogeography. She’s currently working on a couple projects that investigates range shift as a consequence of climate change in the Pacific. Specifically looking at invasive species as a biosecurity challenge in Hawai’I and the USAPI.
