Graphic showing three Land Cover Assessment, Monitoring, and Projection (LCMAP) products for south Florida, circa 2005. Hurricanes Katrina and Wilma struck the state that year. LCMAP's Change Day and Change Magnitude products note spectral changes to Everglades National Park that were associated with the hurricanes, even as the park's land cover classification remained stable.
