Optimized conifer removal map

Detailed Description
We optimized conifer removal within Priority Areas for Conservation (PACs) in the eastern portion of Utah. We allowed the optimization framework to evaluate conifer removal anywhere where remote sensing indicates pinyon-juniper woodlands are present.
