Preliminary data of simulated pathways of black bear populations in GA

The red (north Georgia black bear population) and green (south Georgia black bear population) areas represent simulated pathways that might be taken by bears in each population over a 1-year period based on a movement model from radio-collared bears (grey polygons). Preliminary data suggests that the potential interchange between the north or south black bear populations and the central black bear population is low.
