Roseate Tern

This HY ROST with red colorbanded A12 was seen on Cape Cod several times in 2011. It survived to become an adult and in 2016 it was seen at a breeding colony site in Maine on one day, at the tip of Cape Cod the next day, and then off the coast of Rhode Island the following day. This individual, therefore, likely passed near, if not even through, two permitted offshore wind turbine areas within a 24-hour period.
