Sample Drought Vulnerability Map for the Sierra Nevada

Sample forest drought vulnerability map for a wide swath of the mixed conifer forest of Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks, with redder colors indicating greater vulnerability and more yellow colors indicating less vulnerability. Vulnerability was calculated using a combined species model that included species identity as a predictor. Areas that do not show color did not contain the model focal species.
