Dugongs are a highly endangered sea cow found in Pacific and Indian oceans, Arabian Gulf and Southeast Asia. Dugong 3D MKDE density is visualized in relation to bathymetry (A). The 99% contour volumes for 3D MKDEs based on locations when tidal heights ranged from 0.5–1.0 (red), 1.0–1.5 (orange), 1.5–2.0 (yellow), 2.0–2.5 (light green), and 2.5–3.0 (green) meters are shown.
