Detailed Description

USGS presents: GeoKids!

In this episode, meet 12-year-old Itzel Almanzar Bunce and her dad, Francisco. Francisco is a USGS hydrologic technician at the Florida-Caribbean Water Science Center in Puerto Rico. Francisco talks about his work supporting hydrologic research and monitoring.

In this series we feature kids who have special ties to USGS employees: a parent, relative, mentor, or friend, and see science through their eyes. Each episode will feature one USGS employee, their work, and what a kid thinks about what they do.
