The Land Treatment Digital Library (LTDL) and Land Treatment Exploration Tool won the Best Analysis award at the NW GIS User Group Conference in Boise, ID on October 13, 2018.
The judges were impressed at both the amount of data collected and the implications of the tool for end users. The LTDL was created by the U.S. Geological Survey to catalog information about land treatments on Federal lands in the western United States. The Land Treatment Exploration Tool helps users collect information about a site including past treatments and wildfires recorded within the site.
