Allan Lee is a hydrologic technician, working for the COWSC Science Innovation and Network Integration team. He began his USGS career in Virginia, where he gained experience in streamgaging and field operations, before moving to Colorado to focus on technology-driven projects. He has contributed to expanding camera-based monitoring across Colorado, developed MQTT pipelines, and tested edge computing tools for gaging sites. By combining field experience with programming and systems integration, Allan helps modernize data collection and strengthen network reliability in support of the USGS mission.
