Elizabeth A Paulukonis, Ph.D.

Elizabeth Paulukonis is a Climate Adaptation Service Scientist with the Climate Adaptation Technical Services (CATS) initiative of the USGS National Climate Adaptation Science Center. 

Dr. Annie Paulukonis is a Biologist working with the Climate Adaptation Technical Services team. 

Her work with CATS focuses on rapid analysis, synthesis, and translation of science to support clients across federal, state, tribal, and NGO groups. Her interdisciplinary background in spatial ecology has involved research on a wide range of topics, including human wellbeing and ecosystem vulnerability under anthropogenic change scenarios (global temperature shifts, sea level rise, urbanization), endangered pollinator conservation, ecotoxicology, and quantitative wildlife population modeling.
