Gregory H Gamble
Greg is a Hydrologic Technician with the USGS Colorado Water Science Center (COWSC) in Lakewood, CO.
Greg started his career with the USGS in Rolla, Missouri as a student cartographer with National Geospatial Technical Operations Center in 2019. There, he primarily worked with LIDAR data to publish seamless 1 meter-resolution Digital Elevation Models to the National Map. In 2020, he transferred to the Central Midwest Water Science Center to work as a Hydrologic Technician in St. Louis, Missouri. He gained experience measuring streamflow, conducting field surveys for indirect discharge calculations, and collecting water quality and sediment samples in small urban streams and large rivers. He joined the Colorado Water Science Center at the Lakewood Field office in 2023 to continue his work has a Hydrologic Technician.
