Nicole M White
Nicole White is a Hydrologic Technician with the New Jersey Water Science Center. In addition to her routine Surface-Water duties, Nicole became a Web Content Manager for the NJWSC in 2021. Her expertise lies in surface-water, groundwater, and water-quality data collection and review, as well as installing and maintaining stream gages and data-collection equipment.
Nicole started her career with the USGS NJWSC as a Hydrologic Technician under the Pathways Recent Graduate Program. In addition to running a Surface-Water field trip, she has been trained to operate USGS small watercraft, compute discharge using the index velocity method, collect and analyze water temperature and specific conductivity data as well as calibrate water-quality sensors, and how to manage web content for the NJWSC website.
