Robert D. Rosner is a Hydrologist with the U.S. Geological Survey, specializing in water quality monitoring, watershed assessment, and applied data analytics. He currently serves as project chief for multiple initiatives, including the Fort McCoy watershed study and two Great Lakes Restoration Initiative Phosphorus Removal Structure projects designed to mitigate agricultural runoff in northeast Wisconsin. Robert also runs the day-to-day operations of the Dane County watershed project, which monitors the water quantity and quality of nonpoint source runoff in the Yahara River watershed. His responsibilities encompass the installation and maintenance of monitoring infrastructure, coordination of water quality sampling, and publication of daily concentration and load data for complex monitoring networks.
