Tim is Physical Scientist in the Hydrology and Hydraulics section of the U.S. Geological Survey New York Water Science Center

Tim has extensive experience in water resources planning, stormwater permitting, drinking water planning, drought monitoring, and water data analysis, modeling, and visualization.

Tim is currently involved in several projects at the USGS related to low streamflow statistics, interactive web applications, the development of automated hydrologic imputation methods, and the development of cloud-based routines to extract Landsat images for water temperature analysis and modeling.

Tim has expertise in data analysis and modeling in the following areas:

  • Utilizing the R programming language to clean, compile, analyze, model, and visualize water resources and environmental data.
  • R Shiny to design and publish web applications.
