Equations for estimating harmonic mean flows, low-flow frequencies, and the probability of zero flow were added to Indiana StreamStats. These new equations are from the report:

The new equations were released on StreamStats version 3 but have not yet been added to Beta version 4, which also does not yet include functionality to obtain coordinated peak-flow discharges. As a result, version 3 should be used to obtain information for ungaged sites until the needed improvements can be made to version 4.
