Department of the Interior programs and activities generate and support jobs and business activity in local economies.
SEA economists collaborate with Interior partners to model and communicate Interior’s benefits to American communities. Examples include the economic impacts of National Park visitor spending, the Department’s annual economic contributions report, and the economic impacts of ecological restoration.
