The U.S. Geological Survey Upper Midwest Water Science Center, in cooperation with the U.S. Coast Guard Great Lakes Oil Spill Center of Expertise and the Mashkiiziibii Natural Resources Department, completed bathymetric surveys of the lower Bad River, Kakagon River, Honest John Lake, and the Bad River Slough using multibeam and single beam echosounders from April 29 to May 1, 2025. This data release contains a raster generated from both sets of soundings, a geopackage containing polygons representing the spatial extent of the data, and a geopackage containing surveyed check points used to verify the vertical accuracy of the echosounder returns.
