Bumble bees and flowering plants on Montana rangelands, 2023-2025 (ver. 4.0, October 2026)

USGS personnel surveyed bumble bees and flowering plants on private and public rangelands in central Montana during the spring and summer of 2023 through 2025. These data provide a summary of bumble bee sampling effort and the flowering plant community observed at each survey. During each site visit, observers conducted timed bumble bee surveys and recorded all plants in flower within survey plots.
