CTD profiles and discrete water-column measurements collected along the Aleutian Arc during the Aleutian Arc Expedition (AT5038) in June and July 2025
October 9, 2026
Various water variables, including dissolved inorganic nutrients, total alkalinity, dissolved inorganic carbon, and carbon and oxygen isotopes were measured in samples collected using both a Niskin-bottle rosette and Niskin-bottle attached to a ROV at selected depths from sites along the Aleutian Arc in June and July 2025 during the R/V Atlantis Ship AT50-38 (USGS field activity 2025-307-FA and 2025-014-FA), the Aleutian Arc: Integrated Exploration of Biodiversity at Priority Benthic Habitats Expedition. CTD (Conductivity Temperature Depth) data were also collected at each depth that a Niskin-bottle sample was collected and are presented along with the water sample data.
