DEMs of Difference for selected areas of the Los Planes Watershed, Baja California Sur, Mexico 2024

These digital elevation models of difference (DEMs of Difference, or DoDs) display topographic change from the targeted stream channel at a controlled watershed #4 and study watershed #1 within the larger Los Planes Watershed.The DoDs are computed from a very-high resolution drone DEM surveyed in 2024 and aerial lidar DEM from 2021.Several processing steps were taken to align DEMs and omit surface anomalies.The boundaries for the watersheds are in geojson format, and the entire GIS processing steps after coregistration have been included within a Jupyter Notebook.
