Lake Michigan Prey Fish from 1973-2025

These data consist of prey fish density and biomass estimates throughout Lake Michigan during late summer-fall from 1973 to 2025 along with alewife (Alosa pseudoharengus) recent age estimates collected. Fish were collected using bottom or midwater trawls. In addition to fish data, some zebra and quagga mussel (Dreissena spp.) biomass estimates are included as well as recent native invertebrate Mysis diluviana data.
