Macrophyte Communities and Environmental Data for the Upper Mississippi River from 1998–2019

The data is a compilation of long-term resource monitoring (LTRM) data, hydrology data, and weather data across the Upper Mississippi River, USA. The intent is to better understand the relationships of the macrophyte (aquatic vegetation) community diversity to basic weather/climate, hydrologic, and water quality variables at multiple spatial scales (e.g., plot, aquatic area, stratum, and pool) across time (specifically, years 1998-2019).
