SNP Genotype Data of Brodiaea filifolia and Brodiaea santarosae Collected in 2025 from Riverside, Orange, and Los Angeles Counties of Southern California

This data release includes genotype data for 131 Brodiaea filifolia and 35 Brodiaea santarosae collected throughout Riverside, Orange, and Los Angeles counties in southern California in 2025. The samples were sequenced with restriction site-associated sequencing (RAD-seq) and genotyped at 166,974 single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs).
