Southwest Wisconsin white-tailed deer prion protein gene sequences

We sequenced the prion protein gene from white-tailed deer from Southwest Wisconsin. The samples were provided by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources. The dataset includes sequencing chromatogram files and a summary table with the interpretation of the sequencing data.
