These data contain information about the sites, visits, and transects surveyed for Siskiyou Mountains salamanders (Plethodon stormi) and Scott Bar salamanders (P. asupak) in Siskiyou County, California, 2023-2024. The survey sites were near locations of recent (since 2005) historical occurrence of the salamanders and were designed to separate occurrence, availability on the surface, and detection probabilities in a multi-scale occupancy model.
