Survival and bioaccumulation data for sensitive salmonids exposed to 6PPDQ with additional survival data for two bass species
February 9, 2026
This data set includes survival data for five fish species [Coho Salmon (Oncorhynchus kisutch); Brook Trout (Salvelinus fontinalis); Rainbow Trout (Oncorhynchus mykiss); Smallmouth Bass (Micropterus dolomieu); Largemouth Bass (Micropterus nigricans)] exposed to various concentrations of 6PPD-quinone (6PPDQ) for up to 96 hours and then held in clean water for one week post exposure. Concurrently collected analytical water chemistry and general water quality measurements are included. In addition, tissue concentrations of 6PPDQ for fish that died during exposure and those that survived to the end of the one-week post exposure period are included.
