The Earthquake Engineering Research Institute team visited Mexico City to learn more about the country's earthquake early warning system. The team included (left to right) included Dr. Richard Allen (University of California, Berkeley), Dr. Scott Miles (University of Washington), Diego Otegui (University of Delaware) and Dr. Elizabeth Cochran.
