Gibbons Falls

Gibbon Falls is located midway between Madison Junction and Norris Geyser Basin. The falls basically marks the location where the Gibbon River flows off the escarpment of northern upland area into the lower region of the Yellowstone volcanic caldera (USGS, 1972).
