Detailed Description
Large boulders cap erosionally carved pinnacles of Quaternary-age sediments in lower Techatticup Wash west of Nelson Landing. In the foreground, Quaternary-age gravels unconformably overlie older gray and red volcanic tuff beds (Tingley and others, 2001).
