Detailed Description

Shaded relief map of the Mojave Desert Region, made by draping 1 arc second SRTM elevation data over a hillside of the same topography. Light blue lines show faults of the USGS Quaternary fault database. Dark blue lines show faults identified and described in 1:100k scale geologic mapping completed by previous project efforts.
