Predicted population-average relationships (posterior means) between early life growth rates of smallmouth bass and air temperature (A) as well as predicted changes in early life growth rate over time (B) for river reaches that did and did not experience a disease outbreak. Panel A shows the results of a bayesian linear regression model while panel B displays the results of a breakpoint analysis.
