Racetrack Playa
Detailed Description
This zoomed-in view shows reflections of the outcrops of Racetrack Dolomite at the south end of the playa (on the left). Beyond the alluvial fan is a divide where the Lippincott Road drops down into Saline Valley. The Nelson Range is in the distance (on the southwestern side of Saline Valley).
