The St. Petersburg Coastal and Marine Science Center data management group maintains the USGS Core Viewer - a database containing information on coral, rock, and sediment core samples collected by the center and federal, state and university partners. The database includes the geographic collection location, storage location, and if available, associated publications, photographs, data analyses, disposition and archival information.
