Detailed Description

Photographer Laura Torresan, who is also the USGS Web Designer for the Pacific Coastal and Marine Science Center, had a rare treat when she and her husband, Marine Geologist Michael Torresan, were flown over the top of their workplace in Santa Cruz. The plane was piloted by the Torresans' son who is a licensed pilot attending an aeronautical university.
