1. Use airbrush to remove coral tissue from skeleton
1a. Fill the sterilized airbrush reservoir with sterile PBSE buffer. Use sterile forceps to hold coral fragments inside the beaker and use airbrush to remove coral tissue and mucus from skeleton. Once the tissue is removed, pieces of skeleton can be discarded. This will generate a slurry of tissue, mucus, and PBSE in the beaker.
