4b. Using a P-1000 pipet, gently layer the ~250 µl of resuspended pellet onto the top of each tube of Percoll. Do this by adding the sample one drop at a time, running the drop down the inside of the tube containing the Percoll, so the sample rests on top of the denser liquid.
