Lake depth profile, water quality, sediment, periphyton, tadpole (Pseudacris regilla), and landscape data from six lakes and two stream sites of the Tokopah Basin in Sequoia National Park, California, 2021-2022 Lake depth profile, water quality, sediment, periphyton, tadpole (Pseudacris regilla), and landscape data from six lakes and two stream sites of the Tokopah Basin in Sequoia National Park, California, 2021-2022
This dataset includes a collection of files related to a project investigating the ecology of six lakes in the Tokopah Basin. The primary purpose of the research project was to understand the dynamics of periphyton growth and the potential relationships with nitrogen and copper concentrations in high elevation lakes of the Sierra Nevada mountains in Sequoia National Park, California...
Rocky Mountain bighorn sheep datasets from Dinosaur National Monument, Colorado, Utah, USA, 2006-2022 Rocky Mountain bighorn sheep datasets from Dinosaur National Monument, Colorado, Utah, USA, 2006-2022
Tabular and raster data containing spatial capture recapture, GPS telemetry, ground observations, and genetic records for male and female Rocky Mountain bighorn sheep (Ovis canadensis canadensis) in Dinosaur National Monument from 2006 to 2022. Includes associated tabular data files required for analysis of data with spatial capture models and resource selection models, and the raster...
Stormwater concentrations of tire wear particle leachate compounds and survival of early instar mayflies (Neocloeon triangulifer) exposed to 6PPD and transformation products Stormwater concentrations of tire wear particle leachate compounds and survival of early instar mayflies (Neocloeon triangulifer) exposed to 6PPD and transformation products
This data set includes concentrations of selected transformation products (TPs) of the tire antioxidant, 6PPD, including 6PPD-quinone (6PPDQ) and 4-hydroxydiphenylamine (4-HDPA) in water samples collected during a rain event from two urban rivers in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario, Canada. In addition, mortality data from acute toxicity tests with aquatic larvae of the mayfly...
Buffalo and Silver Carp individual and survival data following surgery using the sedation methods at Columbia Environmental Research Center, Columbia, Missouri, USA from 2022 to 2023 Buffalo and Silver Carp individual and survival data following surgery using the sedation methods at Columbia Environmental Research Center, Columbia, Missouri, USA from 2022 to 2023
The dataset includes capture and individual data for silver carp and buffalo from 2022 and 2023. Fish were captured in the Missouri River and tributaries and transported to the Columbia Environmental Research Center, Columbia, MO, USA. Fish were assigned to one of four treatments to examine different sedation techniques for surgical implantation of artificial transmitters: tricaine
Vegetation and soil data from reclaimed oil and gas well pads managed by the Bureau of Land Management, Carlsbad Field Office, New Mexico Vegetation and soil data from reclaimed oil and gas well pads managed by the Bureau of Land Management, Carlsbad Field Office, New Mexico
These data were compiled to support a study of how environmental setting affects the success of well pad reclamation within the region managed by the Bureau of Land Management, Carlsbad Field Office in southeastern New Mexico, USA. The data were collected in 2022 and 2023 and represent vegetation, soil, and climate conditions at 70 reclaimed well pads from 4 to 24 years after the wells...
