Wetland creation and restoration: description and summary of the literature

The Wetland Creation/Restoration (WCR) data base was developed to compile information concerning the creation and restoration of wetlands and to provide a state-of-the-knowledge resource based on the published literature. This report provides a hard copy of the bibliographic material contained in the digital WRC data base for individuals that do not have access to or training in microcomputer use.
