Alligator Production Suitability Index (APSI) in R

This repository contains code to run the Alligator Production Suitability Index (APSI), a Joint Ecosystem Modeling (JEM) hosted model developed by the National Park Service. The model has been refactored in R from Java to facilitate further model development, updates, and collaboration with Everglades partners. The R version has been modified slightly from the original Java version to align it more closely to the original model design.
