I currently serve as a Budget Analyst, where I specialize in financial analysis, payroll support, and process improvements. Alongside my primary role, I am also the Quicktime Timekeeper Lead and the back up Wellness Subsidy Reimbursement contact. These roles allow me to connect with staff across the organization, ensuring that questions are answered promptly and processes run as smoothly as possible.
My Federal service career started with the Department of the Army in 2009. Over the years, I've developed a strong foundation in financial management, payroll systems, and customer service. Each step of my career has reinforced my belief that attention to detail and clear communication are essential for keeping operations efficient and stress-free for employees.
In my current role as Quicktime Timekeeper Lead, I provide guidance and troubleshooting for staff to help them navigate payroll issues, timesheet submissions, and timekeeping policies. I understand how frustrating payroll challenges can be and I make it a priority to not only resolve problems quickly but also provide resources and explanations so that staff feel confident moving forward. My goal is to reduce confusion, save time, and ensure employees feel supported. As the back up Wellness Subsidy Reimbursement contact, I also assist employees with their wellness program reimbursement, helping them take advantage of the resources available to maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle.
Beyond my technical responsibilities, I enjoy creating user-friendly resources, quick-reference guides, and process updates to make complex tasks easier for staff. I have found that a small amount of clarity an go a long way toward boosting efficiency and morale.
I am proud to contribute to a culture of service, reliability, and teamwork. Whether I'm analyzing budgets, troubleshooting Quicktime, or supporting staff with wellness reimbursements, I see each task part of a bigger picture: helping our organization succeed by supporting the people who make it possible.
