Daniel B Fitzgerald


Dan is a Research Ecologist and Mendenhall Postdoctoral Fellow who focuses on understanding community and landscape-level processes in aquatic ecosystems in support of conservation and management decisions. This work has included research on niche relationships and community assembly of tropical freshwater fishes, and extinction risk assessments of freshwater mussels throughout the US.
