(He/him)Jim Galvin is the Deputy Director of the Integrated Information Dissemination Division (IIDD) in the USGS Water Resources Mission Area.
As Deputy Director of the Integrated Information Dissemination Division (IIDD), Jim helps the IIDD Director lead and manage a team that continually improves the USGS capability to digitally deliver water data, information, visualizations and decision support systems for federal, state, tribal, local, and non-governmental agencies in support of emergency response, water resource management, and public usage. IIDD includes three branches focused on Web Communications, Data Science, and Decision Support.
