Jim Galvin is the Deputy Director of the Integrated Dissemination Division (IIDD) for the USGS Water Resources Mission Area.
As Deputy Director of the Integrated Information Dissemination Division (IIDD), Jim helps the IIDD Director lead and manage a team that continually improves the USGS capability to digitally deliver water data, information, visualizations and decision support systems for federal, state, tribal, local and non-governmental agencies in support of emergency response and water resource management. IIDD includes three branches focused on Web Communications, Data Science, and Decision Support.
