Performs primary duty as the Program Manager, responsible for the strategic planning, financial, and administrative operations of the U.S. Geological Survey (USGS), Department of Energy (DOE) program. Oversees, organizes, and evaluates, the effectiveness of line programmatic operations in meeting established goals and objectives through interpretation and application of program policies. Develops life cycle cost analyses of projects and performs economic evaluations of current or projected programs, to include determining common salaries, cost structures, and preparation of annual and multi-year scopes of work.
