Julia Cogan
Julia Cogan is a Geographer who has worked at the Upper Midwest Environmental Sciences Center in the Geospatial Sciences and Technologies Branch since 2023.
Julia’s work includes utilizing hydroacoustic technologies to survey freshwater inland river systems, processing hydrographic and topographic data for mapping water depth (bathymetry) and terrestrial elevation, and aerial image interpretation for land cover/land use mapping.
