Lister B Florence, Jr.
Lister B. Florence, Jr. works for the USGS National Geospatial Technical Operations Center (NGTOC).
Lister Florence is a IT Specialist at Rolla (Missouri) Science Center. Lister received a BS Civil Eng., MS IST and BS Computer Programming all from Missouri University of Science and Technology. Since joining the USGS in 1992 has devoted his/her career to studying Database integrity, user interfaces, and improvement of product efficiency. Presently, his/her research focuses on USGS’s National Map’s Historical Topographic Map Collection (HTMC).
